  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

📍 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), a small COD fee may apply, shown at checkout.

🔁 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email or phone number. You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.

⚠️ Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.

 📦 Order Processing Time

 

  1. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  2. Customized products (like name necklaces or personalized items) may take up to 5–7 business days to prepare before shipping

  3. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

  🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery

  1. Standard Delivery Time (India): 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  2. We use trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, or DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  3. Delivery may be delayed due to external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or unexpected demand.

 

 

  💸 Shipping Charges

 

  1. Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹699.

  2. For orders below ₹699, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 is charged.

  3. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an extra charge of ₹60 (COD may not be available in all locations).

 

 

  📍 Tracking Your Order

 

   Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
